Early booking is critical for Shahi Snan dates

Shahi Snan dates — especially 2 August 2027 (Shravan Purnima) — book out 3–6 months in advance. We operate a fixed number of private tents. When they are full, we move to a waitlist. Enquire early to avoid disappointment.

Check Shahi Snan dates

Confirm your preferred dates against the three main Shahi Snan windows — 2 Aug, 31 Aug, and 11–12 Sep 2027. We recommend staying at least one night before and one night after the Snan date.

Review our three tiers — Deluxe (couples/solo), Premium (families), and AC Luxury (elders/maximum comfort). Each has different amenities and different availability windows.

We confirm availability

We respond within 4–6 hours with availability, tent photos and full details. No commitment required at this stage — you are welcome to ask questions.

Confirm and pay 30% advance

When you are ready to book, confirm your tent and pay 30% of the stay amount via bank transfer or UPI. We issue a written booking confirmation with your tent details.

Arrive and pay balance

Balance is due on arrival at the camp. We will share the camp location, check-in time and arrival protocol a few days before your stay.

Payment & Policy

Advance, balance and cancellation

30% advance to hold your tent

Once we confirm availability and you choose to book, a 30% advance payment via bank transfer or UPI holds your tent. We share our bank details directly — no third-party payment gateway.

Balance on arrival

The remaining 70% is due when you arrive at the camp — cash, UPI or bank transfer all accepted. We issue a receipt at check-in.

Cancellation and changes

We share our full cancellation policy at booking confirmation. Changes to dates are accommodated where availability allows. Contact us as early as possible if plans change — we work with guests to find solutions.

Group bookings

For groups of 10 or more, we arrange dedicated blocks of tents and group meal sittings. Enquire directly via WhatsApp or phone — group terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I book the tent city online immediately?

We do not have an instant booking engine — bookings are via WhatsApp enquiry or our online enquiry form. This is intentional: we confirm real-time availability, match you to the right tent tier, and answer your questions before taking a booking. You will receive a formal confirmation with our camp details once availability is confirmed.

Is the advance payment refundable if plans change?

The 30% advance is partially refundable subject to our cancellation policy, which we share at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a higher refund than last-minute cancellations. Changes to dates are accommodated where availability allows — please contact us as early as possible.

How far in advance should I book for Shahi Snan dates?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for the three Shahi Snan dates (2 Aug, 31 Aug, 11–12 Sep 2027). The 2 August Shravan Purnima date historically books first. Once our fixed tent capacity is full, we can only offer a waitlist. Early enquiry is the only reliable way to secure a spot.

Can I book for a large group or a corporate/family pilgrimage?

Yes, we accommodate large groups including families, corporate pilgrimages and tour operators. For groups of 10 or more, please enquire directly via WhatsApp or phone so we can discuss blocking multiple tents, group meal arrangements and coordinated arrival logistics.

What details should I have ready before enquiring?

Before contacting us, have the following ready: your intended arrival and departure dates, number of guests (adults and children), preferred tent tier (Deluxe / Premium / AC Luxury), your origin city for travel planning, and any special requirements such as Jain meals, wheelchair access or early check-in.
